At a greengrocer, we found fresh mushrooms that looks so delicous. They were on sale... a big bag was sold just for 100yen!!
We dicided to buy a bag to enjoy fluffy mushroom omulette. After lunch, there still were a lot of them remained, so we marinated the mushrooms in olive oil with garlic and chili so that we can enjoy them for another month.
