Buckwheat noodle (Teuchi soba)

We made buckwheat noodle for breakfast.  First  we put buckwheat flour (sobako) in a wooden bowl, added water and kneaded the mixture into dough, which was then cut into this noodle.  After boiling, beautiful noodle appreared there, which was the supreme moment of our morning.
