Tsuji Culinary Institute spring course (辻調理師専門学校)

Spent one week in Osaka again to join in spring course held at Tsuji Culinary Institute.  It was so fascinating to learn advanced cooking skills as well as expertise in food hygiene, nutrition and cooking theory for professionals.


Now considering how to reflect the skills and techniques I learnt there to our cooking lessons  ...
