Nigiri-zushi with bluefin tuna and salmon (本鮪とサーモンの握り寿司など)

We were with wonderful couple from Singapore last night. We cooked nigiri-zushi and sushi rolls with bluefin tuna (Hon maguro) and torched salmon with many starters. Both of them had a good sense of cooking and they understood how to make nigiri-zushi right away, which was so amazing!!! We enjoyed spending time together, cooking, eating, and chatting, thanks to their positive and lovely characters with much intelligence.
