We were surprised to have found a beautiful collar of tuna fish sold at a local buthcer's shop nearby.
The shop owner explained that this expensive/rare part remained unsold in the market, as fancy restaurants were closed due to quarantine. He was asked to purchase some expensive products so
cheap from his wholesale partner... and that's why he suddenly started selling some fish product cheap at his shop.
Anyway, we bought the collar and enjoyed eating it as sushi, sashimi, etc. They were all so so so delicious💕
