Pressed sushi (ずわい蟹とサーモンの押し寿司)

We made pressed sushi using smoke salmon and snow crab.  
It was quite easy but tasted so delicious!!


We used a special mold prepared for pressed sushi, but we will suggest an alternative way for you in case you don't have it.  So, why don't you try cooking pressed sushi and enjoy cooking/eating Japanese food at home with us?  We are offering private online lessons
