DETAILS

In this hands-on cooking class, starting from the preparation of vinegared rice (sumeshi), you will learn how to make your own pressed sushi (oshi zushi) and other menus as listed below.

The class will take about 3.5 hours including cooking, tasting and shopping.

・胡麻和え　Seasonal vegetable dressed with sesame sauce
