DETAILS

In this hands-on cooking class, you will learn how to make tofu using soy milk and nigari (bittern)  as well as other menus as listed below. 

The class will take about 3.5 hours including shopping, cooking and tasting.

 

MENU (SAMPLE)

・豆腐 Hand-made tofu

・白和え Shira ae (Vegetables with tofu and sesame sauce)

・肉豆腐または揚げ出し豆腐 Niku dofu (Simmered pork and tofu) or Agedashi dofu (Deap-fried tofu, vegetarian)

・豆腐の味噌汁 Miso soup with tofu

・ご飯 Steamed rice

 

There are other options you can choose instead of above menus.  One examples is 稲荷寿司(Inarizush, sushi pocket, a fried bean cued stuffed with vinegrated rice) .  Please feel free to contact us.
