We welcomed wonderful guests from Boston!!
It's been a while since we've held a face-to-face class last time.
We started preparing dashi broth (出汁) and cooked Karaage chicken (鶏のから揚げ), braised eggplant and tofu(ナスと豆腐の揚げびたし), Japanese-style fluffy rolled omelet, etc.
We are grateful for the wonderful time we had together!!
