We spent nine days at Yunotaniso, Nigorigo Onsen, helping develop new menu items for the ryokan. Nestled at 1,800m on the Gifu side of Mt. Ontake, the inn is surrounded by pure nature - waking up to birdsong, sipping coffee with a view of the waterfall, and soaking in 100% source hot spring water so good it makes you sigh out loud! Pure bliss!!
濁河温泉 湯の谷荘さんのメニュー開発をお手伝いしながら、9日間お宿に滞在してきました。
御嶽山の岐阜県側中腹、標高1800mの温泉地で、大自然に抱かれる。鳥の声を聞きながら目覚め、滝を眺めながらコーヒーを楽しむ。源泉かけながし100%のお湯につかると思わず声が漏れてしまう。ふぅ、気持ちよすぎる。最高の場所です✨
